As an Adjunct Faculty member who teaches both MBA and undergraduate courses, Serey has facilitated several new faculty training sessions, and is currently writing the content for what will become Ashford's virtual Career Center. He earned his PhD and a BBA in Management from University of Cincinnati, and he also holds an MBA from Xavier University. He has published nearly 30 articles in peer-reviewed journals and served on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Management Education for nine years.
